Upcoming Compact SUVs: The Indian car market is changing rapidly, and some very affordable but advanced SUV and hatchback models are going to be launched in 2025. Tata Motors is going to launch the facelift version of its premium hatchback Altroz in the Indian market very soon. The estimated starting ex-showroom price of this car can be around Rs 7 lakh. The company has already teased this model and it will be available for sale soon.
New Altroz Facelift
Many cosmetic changes have been made in the new Altroz Facelift. This includes a new front grille and bumper, flush door handles, and a connected LED tail light bar at the rear. The interior of the car has a 26.03 cm dual HD screen, ambient lighting, and new seat fabric. Along with this, premium features like sunroof, wireless phone charger, 6 airbags, and in-built air purifier have also been added to it. Mechanically, this car will remain the same as the current Altroz model, that is, no major technical changes have been made in it.
2025 Hyundai Venue
Hyundai is soon going to launch a new generation model of its popular SUV Venue in the Indian market. This car will be launched in 2025 and its price is expected to be less than 10 lakhs. Many important updates have been made in the new Hyundai Venue. It includes new headlights, updated front grille, and tail lamp design. Apart from this, digital instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof, and advanced ADAS safety system have been added to the interior.
In terms of safety, features like 6 airbags and 360 degree camera have been included in it. Talking about mileage, its petrol variant will be able to give a mileage of about 15 km / liter and diesel variant will be able to give a mileage of about 21 km / liter.
Maruti Suzuki Fronx Hybrid
Maruti Suzuki is soon going to introduce its coupe-style SUV Fronx in the Indian market with a hybrid engine. The starting price of this updated version can be kept below Rs 10 lakh. Many premium features will be seen in the Fronx Hybrid. It includes a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Heads-Up Display, Cruise Control, and Rear AC Vents. Apart from this, it will also have features like 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels and Connected Car Technology.
ADAS system will also be given in it for safety. The most important thing is that it will have a 1.2 liter Z12E 3-cylinder petrol engine which according to the company will give mileage of up to 35 km/liter.
Mahindra XUV 3XO EV
Mahindra is preparing to launch its new electric SUV XUV 3XO EV in the Indian market as an entry-level electric vehicle. This vehicle will directly compete with the Tata Punch EV. The XUV 3XO EV will be positioned below the XUV400 in Mahindra’s electric lineup. Its estimated range will be between 400 and 450 km. This SUV will have stylish design and advanced digital features. The company is aiming to make this electric SUV available to the general customers at an affordable price, so that more and more people can easily enter the electric segment.
