dish.tn.gov.in login – The Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health is part of the Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu, @dish.tn.gov.in/. Furthermore, it enforces both the central and state labor laws as well as local rules for the benefit of those who work in factories and other types of construction.
Online services are available for factory plan approval, factory registration and licensing, registration under the contract labor legislation, registration under the interstate migrant worker act, and registration under the building and other construction workers act.

There is two way of login options available in dish tamilnadu portal. Both industries and Department officers can login by respective procedure given below:
Department Officers Login:
- Go to https://dish.tn.gov.in/DISH/LoginAction.htm
- Enter Department Login User ID
- Enter Password assigned for Department Users
- Enter Captcha Code
- Now Click to Login
Industry Login:
- Go to https://dish.tn.gov.in/DISH/LoginAction.htm
- Enter Industrial Login User ID
- Enter Password assigned for Industrial Users
- Enter Captcha Code Shown below
- Now Click to Login as Industry
Factories Act Plan Approval
The applicant should submit Form No. 1 through the online portal to the relevant Jt DISH in order to obtain approval of the plan for the building or extension of the plant.
All the following documents shall be digitally signed by occupier:
- Form No 1 (downloaded / digitally signed)
- Topo Plan, site plan(1:400 scale), Detailed plan (1:100 scale) of buildings along with the machinery installation details
- Process Flow chart
- Supporting document for occupation of premises (Copy of Sale deed/Lease dead/Rendal deed etc.,)
- Proof of Identity of Occupier
- Proof of Address of Occupier
Renewal of license
The occupier must submit Form No. 2 using the online portal and pay the required renewal costs to the relevant Jt. DISH at least two months before the license expiration date to be eligible for a license renewal.
Interstate Migrant Workmen Act Registration
The establishments that employ five or more migrant workers must register online with the Joint Director-ISH in question in accordance with Rule 3 and submit Form No. I with the required fees in accordance with Rule 12.

- Copy of Contract agreements between the Principal Employer and Contractors
- Copy of Contractor License issued by concerned authority for recruitment of migrant workmen in home state
Building and other construction workers Act Registration
The establishments have to register as per rule 23 in Form No. I along with necessary fees as prescribed under Rule 27, through online portal to the concerned Jt DISH(BOCW)

- Copy of supporting documents for possession of premises ( Sale deed / Lease deed / Rental deed etc)
- Proof for Employer Identity
- Proof for Employer Address
- Proof for Site in-charge Identity
- Proof for Site in-charge Address
- Copy of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association under Companies Act / Partnership deed
- Local body approval for construction
