India bans Pakistani content on OTT platforms: Putting a complete ban on Pakistani media, keeping in mind the national security, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has issued an advisory for all OTT platforms and media streaming platforms. It has been said that whatever Pakistani web series, films, songs, podcasts or any streaming media content is running in India, it should be stopped with immediate effect.
India attacked 9 terrorist hideouts in Pakistan under ‘Operation Sindoor’, due to which an atmosphere of fear has been created there. The tension between India and Pakistan is increasing. Earlier, the artists from there were already banned, now another big action has been taken.

While imposing a complete ban on Pakistani media, keeping in mind the matter of national security, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has issued an advisory for all OTT platforms and media streaming platforms. It has been said that whatever Pakistani web series, films, songs, podcasts or any streaming media content is running in India, it should be stopped with immediate effect. If someone has taken it under subscription, then it should be removed for that too. No one will consume any content related to Pakistan in India. Pakistani content will be completely boycotted.
Pakistani actors banned, Instagram blocked
The government has banned Pakistani actors from working in India. Not only this, when the Pahalgam terror attack took place, in which 26 civilians lost their lives, all Pakistani singers and actors were blocked from Instagram. An update came that the posts of any Pakistani actor will not be visible in India. However, Pakistani celebs expressed their displeasure over this too. If reports are to be believed, Hania Aamir has even created a second account on Instagram, so that Indian fans can see her posts and do not get heartbroken.
