The second person’s name is Nauman Ilahi, a resident of Uttar Pradesh. He is a security guard in Panipat by profession. The third man’s name is Devendra Singh Dhillon, who is a resident of Kaithal and the fourth man’s name is Arman, who is a resident of Rajaka village in Nuh. All of them are accused of spying for Pakistani intelligence agencies and sharing sensitive information related to Indian defense establishments.

Shocking revelations in the agencies’ report

Hisar SP Shashank Sawan said that modern war is not fought only with bullets, but also with narrative building. Malhotra is accused of helping in building the narrative in favor of Pakistan. Sources say that Malhotra’s income was found to be disproportionate to her travel expenses, which led to the suspicion that some of her foreign trips may be sponsored. She was under the surveillance of central agencies for a long time.

Terrorist links and technical conspiracies

Particularly in the case of Arman, the agencies have found that he was in contact with a Pakistan-backed terrorist. He arranged Indian mobile SIM cards for Pakistani agents.
