New Aadhar App Launched: The government has solved a big problem of the people by launching the new Aadhar app. Now you will not need to give a photocopy of your Aadhar card at hotels, airports, while taking SIM or anywhere. The government launched this app for the convenience of the people on Tuesday. With the help of this app, any user will be able to get his identity verified digitally. For this, there will be no need to submit a photocopy of your Aadhar card. Till now, to get your identity verified, the photocopy of the Aadhar card had to be submitted at many places.

Face will verify identity

This new app will be able to verify your identity by scanning your face. Regarding this, IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav posted on X and informed that this app is being launched to make Aadhar verification fast, easy and secure. It is being told that with this the user will get complete control over his personal information. With one tap the user will be able to share his important information.

Will work like UPI

This app will work on the same principles on which UPI apps work. That is, now you only have to scan a QR code for your Aadhaar verification. The user will be able to verify his identity by scanning his face with his phone. Not only this, due to this app, while you will no longer need to keep your card with you all the time, you will have full control over your personal information. You will get the option to share only as much information related to your identity as you want to share in the app. This will make the user’s privacy more secure.

Ashwini Vaishnav shared information

Currently this app is in beta version and will soon be available to the people. As soon as this app is available to everyone, we will come up with details on it. A demo of this app has been given in Ashwini Vaishnav’s post shared on X. It shows that a user first scans the QR code and then verifies his identity with the phone’s camera. In this post, Ashwini Vaishnav wrote that now there is no need for physical card or photocopy.

There will be less concern about data security

Ever since the existence of Aadhaar, questions have been raised repeatedly on the security of users’ data. Recently, when ChatGPT generated photos of people’s Aadhaar cards, experts had raised questions that how did ChatGPT get the data with the help of which it is able to make fake Aadhaar cards. After the arrival of this app, the user will be able to control which information should be shared and which should not. This will reduce the concern about the security of people’s information.
