Indian Army Operation Sindoor: Under Operation Sindoor, terrorist hideouts in Bahawalpur, Muridke, Muzaffarabad, Kotli, Gulpur, Bhimber, Chak Amru, Sialkot in Pakistan were attacked.

The Indian Army has destroyed the launch pads of the terror masters who were plotting against India from Pakistani soil. On the night of 6-7 May, India attacked 9 terrorist hideouts in Pakistan one after the other under Operation Sindoor and destroyed them. According to intelligence sources, about 900 terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen were targeted in the operation.
The whole of India was outraged by the way 26 tourists were brutally killed in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced from the soil of Bihar that the terrorists and their supporters would be uprooted from the last corner of the earth and exactly 15 days after the Pahalgam attack, India launched Operation Sindoor in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK).

Regarding the attack, India said that the operation was ‘focused and precise’. India also said that it has credible clues and evidence pointing to the clear involvement of Pakistan-based terrorists in the Pahalgam attack. After these precise attacks, India contacted many countries of the world and informed their senior officials about the anti-terrorism action against Pakistan. National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval spoke to US NSA and Foreign Minister Marco Rubio and informed them about the actions taken.
