New Delhi: The situation of tension remains between India and Pakistan. On Thursday and Friday night, Pakistan attacked border cities including Rajasthan and Kashmir with missiles and drones. However, India’s air defense system shot down all the missiles and drones in the air. There was a blackout in many cities of Rajasthan, Punjab, Gujarat and Kashmir throughout the night. Meanwhile, many trains have also been affected during the tense atmosphere with Pakistan. In this, the Indian Railways has decided to cancel trains running to the cities of Rajasthan.
Trains canceled in Rajasthan
A railway spokesperson said that rail traffic has been affected due to ‘blackout’ and emergency situations. Many trains have been canceled due to missile attacks from Pakistan. Apart from this, many trains are also running late from their scheduled time. North Western Railway Chief Public Relations Officer Shashi Kiran said that Bhagat Ki Kothi-Barmer, Barmer-Bhagat Ki Kothi, Munabao-Barmer and Barmer-Munabao rail services in North Western Railway will remain canceled on 09 May. Similarly, Jodhpur-Dadar Express rail service is running three hours late from its scheduled time from Jodhpur. Operations of many other trains are also affected.
Special train will run in Jammu
Apart from this, Jammu airport has also been closed as a precautionary measure after Pakistani attacks. In such a situation, now special trains will be run by Indian Railways. Railways has planned to run special trains from Jammu-Udhampur. In this, train number 04612 will run from Jammu at 10:45 am, which will have 12 unreserved and 12 reserved coaches. At the same time, a plan is being made to run another 20-coach Vande Bharat Rake special train from Udhampur via Jammu and Pathankot at 12.45 pm. Apart from this, a plan is being made to run 22 LHB fully reserved special trains from Jammu around 07.00 pm tonight.
A befitting reply given to Pakistan
Let us tell you that many cities of Rajasthan were targeted by Pakistan at night. After this, a blackout was kept in various cities. Currently, Rajasthan’s border districts like Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner and Ganganagar are on alert. During the operation at night, the Indian Army has also reportedly detained a Pakistani pilot. According to sources, this pilot was aboard the Pakistani Air Force’s JF-17 fighter plane. This fighter plane was shot down by India. It is being told that this pilot has been caught from Lathi in Rajasthan.
