What is Lakshmi Bhandar Scheme?
Women heads of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe families will receive ₹1,000 a month and those in general category ₹500 a month from upcoming September under the recently announced “Lakshmir Bhandar (Lakshmi’s treasure)” scheme by mamta banerji.
Who is eligible for Lakshmi Bhandar Scheme!
- Must be resident of West Bengal
- Must be 25-60 years of age
- Married women who have family with ration card
- Valid proof for not employed
- Family heads women who are not working government jobs, or certain private jobs are not eligible for this financial aid.
