  3. Select Citizen services (Paid)

  4. Find Lost Document Report and click there

  5. Click “Report” 

  6. Fill your name, address

  7. Also enter valid email id mobile number for OTP

  8. Enter captcha code get in to LDR Compliant dashboard

  9. Select your document type

  10. Enter date of lost and time

  11. Enter place of occurrence

  12. District of occurrence place

  13. Fill document number, issued office details

  14. In that description please explain how loss occurs.

  15. Finally Submit and get DL 12 Digit LDR Complaint Number
